The location was convenient, with many points of interest nearby. I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. They were always available. The hotel was very clean , and I found ample parking on the street.
The air conditioning did not adequately heat the room.

The front desk offered warm acknowledgment even during busy times. A gentleman at reception assisted with a needed currency exchange when external ATMs failed. The staff consistently proved amazing, ensuring no request seemed too difficult.

The rooms provided large balconies that had great views. Beds and pillows felt very comfortable, promoting restful sleep. The room was always kept very clean and spacious by housekeeping.

the rooftop pool became my favorite spot (i spent most afternoons there!). the bar service was quick and efficient. the staff was always ready with a smile, and i found the cleanliness really good throughout the premises.
the gym equipment seemed a little outdated.

An Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

The room was clean and quite spacious.
The air conditioning was not effective, especially during warmer parts of the day. It barely cooled the room. The shower was also problematic. The water temperature fluctuated a lot, going from cold to very hot without warning. These issues impacted the comfort quite a bit.
