Excellent Location and Cleanliness
great location clean facility useful appliance
The hotel has a great location very close to the iconic crossing. The whole facility was clean. I found the appliances in the dining common area useful (there were electric kettles in the room too).

location good, room disappointing
small room size inconsistent air conditioning
the hotel's location was great, close to many attractions.
The room size was much smaller than i expected (i should have checked the details better). the air conditioning also had issues. It would work for a bit, then shut off, so it got quite warm in the room. it was difficult to get comfortable without consistent cooling.

shibuya stay!
clean building quiet room fun theme
i found a really clean and well maintained building! it felt almost new, i liked that. my room was quiet even though the hotel is right in the center of shibuya. the hachiko dog theme throughout the hotel was super fun too!
my room was super small, next time i stay i will book a bigger one.

The hotel features a shared kitchen and a lounge area. there is also a laundry room available to use. a fitness center is available too. It helps keep up with workouts.

the staff were really attentive. the receptionists spoke fluent english. they were helpful and efficient with all my requests. it made the check in process fast and easy.

so many options for food and drinks surround the hotel. it is super easy to grab a quick bite or sit down for a meal. the location has many good restaurants and stores nearby, that is very convenient.
