Adequate Stay with Some Drawbacks
musty odorsteep stairs
My room had a noticeable musty odor and I also observed mold near the window. There were no cups provided so I could not make tea or coffee in the room. I had to carry my luggage up steep stairs which was difficult

decent stay near shibuya
helpful staffgreat locationslippery slippersthin walls
the staff there, were so nice and helpful. the location is really good, a short walk to shibuya station. i saw lots of good food around the hotel also. it was a great starting point to my trip!
the slippers, they gave me weren't easy to use. i had a hard time on the stairs because of the slippers. also, the walls feel very thin, and i heard people walking sometimes. not great for light sleepers, i guess.
