the location is central, a perfect base for exploring local shops and eateries. i found the continental breakfast delivered to the room to be a good touch and it exceeded my expectations. the availability of both still and sparkling filtered water on tap was a major plus for me.

the bedside lighting could be improved for reading at night.

The location was good. Near the main street.

The room felt basic. It lacked a proper table with chairs for breakfast, so I had to use planks attached to the window with uncomfortable stools. Doing hair and makeup was a challenge, with plug sockets far from the full-length mirror. It created inconvenience .

the room was fantastic, complete with a charming little balcony that included a table and chairs. the breakfast hamper was a good touch, delivered directly to the room each morning. communication with the staff was efficient via text, very useful as the hotel is unmanned. it made the entire process seamless and easy.

the room faced the main street, resulting in significant traffic noise. this was particularly noticeable early in the morning.

The location was very convenient for accessing the park directly behind the building. The park led nicely down onto the seafront. i also liked that a co-op Tesco and fossil shops were located a short walk away.

The instructions for gaining access upon arrival could have been clearer. The bedside lighting was quite poor. Reading in bed proved difficult. i would say they were inadequate.
