The location has good access to transport.
The cleaning process concerned me. Clean towels were placed on sheets just removed from the bed. The maid folded them using the same glove used to clean the toilet. The cleaning cloth came from her pocket, suggesting it was used elsewhere. I have serious doubts about the thoroughness of the cleaning. It might just be superficial.

The staff was very kind. David remembered my room number. He talked to me every time he saw me. The room was very clean. Fresh bottled water arrived daily.
The shower floor lacked adequate separation. Water splashed to the door!

the rooms were clean and neat which was a plus point
i was a bit disappointed that the toilet was in a different place than the shower and sink it felt inconvenient the absence of an iron in the room was also a letdown especially when i needed to prepare my clothes for meetings
