The location was convenient. It was close to town and the ferry port. Staff was great. I found that a bit of walking was required because of uphill and stairs.
i found it disappointing. The hotel moved me to a partner hotel due to overbooking. The partner hotel offered a cheaper rate. THE hotel did not inform me of this change in advance.
