wonderful stay with great service
short walk excellent view helpful information
the location provides a short walk to the town. the room offered an excellent sea view! breakfast included a delicious assortment of options. dora at the check-in desk provided helpful information about the area and sites.
the hotel was overbooked , which resulted in being transferred to another partner hotel. this change meant a smaller room was given. i was not informed of this change in advance and no refund was offered.

the breakfast buffet has varied options, including both hot and cold selections. i saw fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. the outdoor terrace has seating for breakfast, with beautiful views.

the hotel has a pool with sun loungers around it. i spotted a small fitness center, available . the front desk arranged transfers and provided town navigation assistance.

the staff was super nice and helpful. i appreciated the transfer to the port. amazing views existed from the room. the welcome and guidance from the staff was appreciated.
the hill to reach the hotel with luggage was a little difficult.

The hotel includes transfer to and from the port, a great service. it also offers beautiful rooms plus amazing service. Beyond the rooms, effort was made regarding a lost item. staff contacted the post office to ship a blanket.

the breakfast was really delicious with great variety! i found many dishes made on site. there were new dishes available every day and it was included with our reservation, i drank some glasses of juice.

the hotel is on the hillside, a short walk from town. the location allowed us to walk without being kept up by crowds, which i appreciated. it has a beautiful view of the sunset on the water.

The location was convenient. It was close to town and the ferry port. Staff was great. I found that a bit of walking was required because of uphill and stairs.
i found it disappointing. The hotel moved me to a partner hotel due to overbooking. The partner hotel offered a cheaper rate. THE hotel did not inform me of this change in advance.
