A mixed experience at the hotel

The bedroom included modern details. It was also clean. The space was enough for my needs. I enjoyed the pool area and found the sunbeds very comfortable. The staff helped me with my late flight. They kept my luggage and arranged for shower room use.
I stayed in a basement room. The air con did not work so there was no air circulation. I had to open the window but it was loud because of the road. The room was also tiny. I don't get enough sleep. It was the worst experience for me.

poor soundproofingunderstaffed reception
The soundproofing was not good. I heard noise from other rooms. The bathroom was small, I think and it had limited counter space. I had trouble finding staff sometimes, though the reception seemed understaffed. This was a problem! There were delays getting assistance, so it was not ideal.
