The hotel's decor displayed quality and style. The bed offered excellent support, and the comforter felt plush. I found the cleanliness perfect. The staff demonstrated kindness and helpfulness. Their multi-lingual skills were very useful.

I noticed that the air conditioning did not seem to work as effectively as I hoped.

i stayed in the superior twin room and it had excellent bathroom facilities and a great selection of television channels. the accommodation was spotlessly clean. the staff were really nice and eager to help with all our needs. breakfast was tasty, with enough options to choose from, which i appreciated very much.

The bathroom lacked proper sound insulation from the bedroom. This absence of a full wall affected privacy more than I anticipated. I also found the breakfast offerings somewhat limited in variety. These shortcomings detracted from an otherwise acceptable stay.

the air conditioning didn't work it was quite warm i reported it but nothing changed the shower was lukewarm i was disappointed especially given the recommendation. also the staff at reception didn't react when i mentioned the issues a bit dismissive really
