The location rocks. A food court is next door offering a ton of choices. I also really liked the complimentary coffee and tea available all day in the lounge. It really hit the spot, let me tell you. The rooms were so clean!
The heating system had some trouble. It was a pain, I tell you. The television did not work, such a bummer.

i found the aesop products in the bathroom especially nice. the staff went beyond expectations, even helping with train tickets. the breakfast offered fantastic options and beautiful presentation , a good surprise.
The room temperature seemed controlled remotely . I had to ask for adjustments.
