quality foodcushioned couchessound proofing
The bar has top quality food! i found the choice of seating very nice, especially the big cushioned couches. the hotel room was also quiet, with excellent sound proofing. I never knew if other guests were staying.

Really good Stay, Comfort and Convenience Combined!

I was greeted with friendly staff, and the check-in process was seamless! The lobby and Pentalounge created a stylish, relaxing space with a very inviting atmosphere. The location was a HUGE plus. Brussels Midi and the city centre were easily accessible, and I found many food and drink options nearby.
The shower design allowed water to leak onto the bathroom floor during each use. I found this oversight somewhat inconvenient and definitely hope they address it.

A Decent Hotel Experience

The staff was very helpful. They addressed my concerns promptly. The location is central to various shops, a true convenience. Breakfast offered a decent selection of items. The comfortable bed helped ensure restful sleep.
I found the light system confusing. It always left a light on. Even after removing the key card, the entryway light remained on all night, a definite annoyance. The room needed some updates. This detracted slightly from the overall cleanliness.
