The check-in process was quick. The staff members were friendly and helpful . I received two complimentary bottles of water each day (a small but appreciated touch).
My room was near the lifts, so I heard constant noise. The noise prevented me from sleeping well. The welcome drink (a mojito) did not taste like previous ones I had.

The location is great , especially for shopping. The room was spacious. The furniture seemed very new.
The staff was not really friendly , when I walked passed reception they did not greet me at all. The restaurant was not busy for dinner but there were only 2 staff serving at the time , so the service was slow and required a long wait. The housekeeping opened my door without knocking , even though I put do not disturb in front of my door.
