mouldy grout missing instructions

The bathroom grout was visibly mouldy. there were no tv instructions provided. I was unable to access free-to-air channels. the villa looked tired, and i would not want to stay in that villa again. the location was not good.

The phone in my villa was not working. I had to use my mobile to contact reception. This seemed like an outside call. Almost all the crockery did not match. I found the TV to be really pretty small.

broken hoop dirty pool

the aging facilities need some attention. the tennis court was a bit sad, the basketball hoop was broken. it's not quite up to par for what you pay. bird droppings around the pool could use a regular scrub. i did like the golf course though, and the staff was helpful. too bad there's no lift to the ground floor. it made getting around tough on my knees and seemed kind of thoughtless for anyone needing a wheelchair.

The villa i stayed in was really good. There was comfortable bedding. Staff were friendly. They recommended transport, and it was amazing.

There were no amenities in the room. Some a/c units were quite old (i think they needed maintenance). Customer service requires an upgrade in all areas.
