The room offered ample space for movement. Complimentary still water in a bottle was a nice touch. Trevor at reception explained everything clearly during check-in. I found this quite helpful.

A staff member ignored me while I was waiting to check in. He had taken my bags earlier. This was disappointing because the other staff were helpful.
