the hotel's location is a real winner because it's super close to the haram. the staff, especially shahin alom, were fantastic and went the extra mile to make sure all my needs were met, which i really appreciated.
the only real issue i faced was that the phone lines to reception and other services weren't always answered quickly. i had to go down to the reception desk a few times, even late at night, a little inconvenient.

the location was acceptable (i suppose) because it was near the mosque.
I wasn't thrilled about the absence of a microwave in the room. Heating up leftovers would have been convenient. also, for a few days, there was no hot water in the toilet, so i had to take cold showers, which wasn't a pleasant way to start the day. the safe wasn't working either, so i had to carry my valuables with me everywhere i went.

the staff were very respectful. staffs such as shahin alom constantly ensured i was okay. the room was very comfy and tidy (the bathroom was nice and big).
i found the phone service lacking. no one seemed to pick up the phone at reception. i had to go downstairs every time i needed assistance. breakfast items were also cold.
