The hotel has an amazing location very close to the mosque. i found the staff to be friendly and professional. They were always ready to help with a smile. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of well-prepared food items. i appreciated the convenience and ease of access to the masjid.
I experienced a slight inconvenience. The gate keepers were quite rude to some guests. i believe additional training in guest relations would improve this situation. i hope management considers this feedback.

The reception staff provided friendly service. They handled check-in efficiently. the customer service representatives were also very helpful. i found them very eager to assist with any questions or requests i had.

The breakfast buffet included traditional milk tea and chai. there were many options. I found the food items to be well-prepared. the restaurant staff kept the buffet area clean and well-stocked throughout service.

EXCELLENT Stay!

The hotel location is AMAZING!!! It is directly across from the women's entrance to the mosque. This made access very easy. The bed provided excellent comfort and I slept very well each night. Breakfast was quite good. I enjoyed the variety of options available each morning.
The check-in process took longer than I expected.

The hotel's location was definitely a strong point. It was very close to the women's entrance to the holy mosque. The staff members were helpful . The rooms were clean I found.
I experienced a delay during check-in it took longer than expected. The breakfast area felt quite crowded making it difficult to navigate at times.
