the staff was very attentive, i thank ALL the reception staff. they helped me with my luggage promptly. the hotel had renewed furniture, everything seemed very new and clean. i liked the proximity to everything important.

the location was fantastic. the haram was so close, just a short walk away. it really helped with moving around quickly. our room, a junior suite, was well-kept. it offered a comfortable and tidy space, so we were happy.
the check-in process was slow. it took some time to get everything sorted. the bathroom floor also had water accumulating after a shower. it made it a little inconvenient. i found it difficult to use the tv. that limited our entertainment options in the room.

The location proved very advantageous, especially with its close proximity to the women's entrance. This made attending prayers at the masjid simple. a wheelchair was readily available, and the staff was always pleasant and willing to assist. i found services nearby very convenient. the hotel maintained excellent cleanliness throughout my visit
during my stay, i experienced a slight delay during check-in. it was addressed promptly

The staff were friendly and professional . Mrs Leena from reception was especially helpful. She ensured my stay went smoothly. I found the room amenities complete and of good quality. I didn't have to ask for extras. The room had generous space, and its view was a bonus.

The room was spacious with enough space to comfortably move around, it also included a seating area and a work desk. Bed linen are cleaned everyday, with fresh towels and toiletries available. The air conditioning worked efficiently. Bottled water were supplied daily.
