the location was acceptable because of the proximity to gate 25.
the reception staff was not helpful as they showed no empathy when the room did not match the description, a shrug and a request for more money was all i got.

Solid Stay Near the Mosque

I appreciated the quick check-in. I arrived early and they gave me a room by noon. The staff was helpful and friendly. My room had a view of the holy mosque. The hotel also featured a usb charger.
The air conditioning unit was rather loud, and I found the water pressure to be weak.

The restaurant and café presented a beautiful view of the Prophet's Mosque. Breakfast and dinner were served buffet style. There was a large selection, and the food was tasty.

The hotel is super close to the Al-Masjid an-Nabawi. Gate 339 is nearby. It's ideal for prayers and visits as it is the entrance for women and families.

a decent stay overall

i found the location quite convenient, especially its proximity to gate 338 and gate 25 leading to the women's section of the masjid nabawi. a variety of dining options were also nearby. the breakfast was quite satisfying.
The check-in process was not smooth. The staff seemed uncooperative regarding the quoted price. i ended up paying more than initially agreed upon. the promised change never arrived, disappointing.
