My upgrade to a room upon arrival was a nice surprise! The room featured a lovely balcony with garden views, a nice touch. Breakfast was superb with a good selection of items to choose from. Meals at the hotel restaurant were excellent and offered good value. Spa was lovely, though it got busy at times.
Unfortunately, the mini-bar and fridge in my room did not work. I asked for it to be fixed, but nobody ever came to take care of it . This was inconvenient for keeping drinks cool in the room.

Check-in was swift. I appreciated how modern the hotel appears. The spa's sauna and steam room were clean and also quite spacious. The restaurant had great food. It was so tasty!

The staff provided Really good service and really cared about guests feeling comfy. The breakfast extended until late during the weekend. I found the spa clean, and it felt very private. Veselin ensured my stay was pleasant.
I noticed that some minor upkeep issues were present, though they did not significantly detract from my overall enjoyment.
