the staff was helpful. they showed me everything i asked about and answered all my questions. the location is convenient for accessing all areas of a region.. the breakfast buffet was also convenient. i found it had what i needed.
the air conditioning made a loud noise at night, making it hard to sleep.

the location was superb, near the école militaire metro stop. this made seeing the city easy and convenient for me. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist me.
the elevator was quite small, a bit tight for luggage.

The hotel location was very convenient. Many cafes and restaurants were nearby. It was easy to walk around or take a tour bus (both excellent options!). The staff was friendly and helpful during my entire stay.
The room was a bit small. I also found the elevator very small (difficult with luggage).

The breakfast presentation was beautiful and the coffee was delicious. I found there was just not enough space (this can be an issue during peak hours).

Initially, things looked promising. The location was quite good. some issues arose. I noticed a city tax I wasn't aware of before I arrived. The air conditioning was too loud during the night. finding parking nearby was a challenge I really didn't need.
