the staff were very helpful. i got a free transfer from the airport. i was able to walk here from the port and get a water bus from right opposite. it took me to the town centre.
i found the hotel to be too expensive for what it offers. the breakfast lacked variety. it was inconvenient for visiting the beaches.

damp smellstrict check-in
The room had a noticeable damp smell in the bathroom , which was REALLY unpleasant. I initially thought the floor drain was dry , SO I added water , but it did NOTHING. Also , despite the room obviously being empty the day before , the hotel strictly adhered to the 3:00 PM check-in time. THIS was frustrating because our room was ready.

The staff arranged a complimentary pick up from the ferry terminal, a service i appreciated. The restaurant on site served good food and had a varied menu.
The room lacked sufficient soundproofing, so noise from outside was noticeable. The breakfast options were somewhat limited, mainly with continental choices.
