The staff was pleasant. The room was clean. I found a bus stop right next to the building. That offered direct transport to the airport. There were cookies and water in the room. They replaced these each day.
I was not told on the confirmation call where to park. I had to park across the bridge in a different car park. I ended up paying extra for parking. It would have taken too long to move the car back through the city traffic.

The hotel has a great central location. I easily walked to many restaurants and sights. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were super friendly. They were also helpful.
My room had minimal space for storing clothes which was a minor inconvenience. This limited my ability to fully unpack . I managed, but more storage would have been beneficial.

the location was central and convenient, close to many attractions. breakfast had a good selection of items. i liked the variety offered and the quality of the food provided. it felt fresh and well-prepared.
The room had thin walls. i could hear noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway, disruptive. The noise made it difficult to sleep soundly. also, the bathroom lacked sufficient toiletries. i found that i needed to request additional shampoo.

the hotel was centrally located, convenient.
The air conditioning did not work properly. The room felt stuffy. staff only offered a fan as a solution, and i expected more from a hotel. i also found that the room needed better vacuuming, as corners of the carpet had not been cleaned and window seals were dusty.
