i stayed with my son in a beautiful room. it was fabulous and very comfortable. the hotel put lit cakes in the room, such a beautiful and unexpected touch. we enjoyed the sauna and steam room at the leisure facilities. staff are cute and friendly. i would return again.

i stayed for two nights and felt the hotel needs attention to details. i found toothpaste on the shower tiles in the room. the shampoo pump in the shower was also broken. it was not fixed after i reported it.

The location was great for my travels. The room was spacious. The bathroom included both a bathtub and a separate walk-in shower.

The restaurant served wine that was noticeably warm. The hotel blocked apps like Netflix on the TV. The hotel asked for another credit card deposit after I had pre-paid for the room.

The hotel offered a convenient location for exploring the area. The staff were generally helpful. I found the breakfast options to be plentiful. The room was of a suitable size.

The music from a function was quite loud and continued late into the night. I had difficulty sleeping because of the noise. Some carpets and walls showed stains. I noticed some hair in the bathroom.

the towel rack in MY bathroom WAS not working. i also found the room VERY cold despite adjusting the thermostat. dropping off the key card at reception, i expected a polite inquiry regarding my stay. NO one asked if i had enjoyed my time or if everything met MY expectations. this lack of attention is UNACCEPTABLE.
