charming stay near local spots
clean hotel friendly landlady comfortable bed tea facilities
The landlady greeted me warmly despite my late arrival. She was friendly and accommodating. the room was clean and a good size, providing ample space for my belongings. the bed proved very comfortable, contributing to restful nights. tea and coffee making facilities were available directly in the room, so that was very convenient.
i did notice some noise at night from vehicles passing by on the busy road.

the train station is within walking distance, which aided my travel plans. a pub serving indian food sits conveniently about 40 yards from the hotel, really close. the location provided easy access to several places to eat within a mile too.

ensuite bathroom comfortable bed kitchen access stable wifi
the downstairs room included an en-suite. it also had a comfortable bed, a useful chair, and a chest of drawers. access to the kitchen was a plus. i was also able to connect to the wifi easily.
the road outside was quite busy. heavy goods vehicles passed by frequently, especially during the night.

The host was very friendly. Patient, and helpful, especially with my daughter. she also provided a lovely cooked breakfast. she were really nice too ensure a good selection was available.

The location is convenient. it is close to a large supermarket and a local pub. I found it easy to access the north downs from here. the hotel is also a short drive to historic rochester.

The kitchen access was great. It included everything i needed. The host offered some excellent suggestions for nearby places to eat, including a close pub with Indian food.
The road outside was BUSY at night, a minor distraction.

the host was friendly and accommodating , ensuring i had what i needed.
my room faced a VERY busy road , and the lorries roaring past ALL night made sleep difficult , even with earplugs.

amazing host local places busy road heavy goods vehicle
the host, christina, was amazing. she was very accommodating, i slept well each night, and she pointed out all the local places to eat! plus, there was a pub serving indian food only 40 yards away.
The hotel is located on a busy road. heavy goods vehicles were constantly passing, day and night. This was made worse by road works. i could not open the window because of the noise, and the fan only circulated hot air, though.
