underwhelming stay needs some improvements

awkward entranceunpleasant staff
i felt a bit let down. the car park entrance felt awkward. there was also issues with some staff members. i was ignored for a long time at check in even though there was a bunch of staff behind the desk.

mixed experience with noise issues and service gaps

I had some issues . there were loud parties downstairs for two nights. reception assured me there wouldn't be another, but another party happened anyway. this really made me reconsider staying there again. also, the bar staff seemed uninterested and slow. It took ages to get served, and one young worker was quite rude.

The hotel provided complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. I appreciated the convenience of on-site parking . Breakfast included many English choices. I found the quiet residential location very peaceful. The staff offered helpful service.
The gym was rather small. I felt that more equipment would be a valuable upgrade.

huge roomfriendly staff
the welcome was nice the room was huge and super clean i appreciated the 'rituals' shower gel and hand wash. i ate as part of a wedding there and the food was lovely staff were super friendly too.

the hotel is in a beautiful area with a fantastic tree-lined street and gorgeous houses with bow windows. there is excellent connection to the city center with a bus stop only five minutes away. the botanic gardens and ulster museum are within walking distance.

breakfast had plenty of english choices the gluten-free options were really appreciated. bar food offered a good choice with excellent quality meals the breakfast was also great. i ate in the bar a couple of evenings and the meals were very tasty.

the hotel offers convenient on street parking and a comfortable surrounding. the rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed with well thought out space and mirrored areas. rooms include super powered showers with lovely products and heated rails are available.

i found the breakfast selection plentiful. the bar offered a generous wine selection. one evening, the chef and hostess kept the kitchen open for me, as i was running late for dinner.
the location was a bit outside of the city center. i could still reach it using public transport though.
