the front desk staff was adequate. i found the takeaway window for coffees and baked goods functional in the morning.
the air conditioning system was supposedly not working. i was informed of this before i booked, yet the room was still given to me on a very warm day. no other rooms were available, and there were no helpful solutions, which i found quite irritating.
