All the staff were pleasant and helpful. Food was great.
I did not appreciate being woken up at 9am by builders hammering and drilling. This was not what we expected after spending money on the room.

Breakfast included multiple options with very fresh ingredients. the hotel grounds presented manicured gardens. staff responded quickly to requests. I asked for an extra pillow, and it arrived in ten minutes. my superior double room had complimentary tea. I enjoyed it after exploring the gardens.
the room had one small stain on the carpet.

The double room was very spacious. Air conditioning made the room very comfortable. It was easy to adjust. Staff members were friendly and helpful at all times. The live music offered enjoyable entertainment. The volume allowed easy conversation.
The bathroom tiles seemed a bit dated. But they were clean.

The hotel provided excellent service and comfort. our family room was very spacious, easily accommodating us. we appreciated the ample storage and the well-equipped bathroom. The complimentary toiletries were a nice touch.
the wifi signal was occasionally weak in certain areas of the room.

i found the staff to be lovely and helpful. the food was amazing and had a great selection at the carvery lunch. the decor in the hotel is fine and i spent the evening outside sipping drinks in the sunshine.
the carpets on the staircase looked stained and dirty. i noticed music late into the night between the walls of the bedrooms.
