The staff, especially Chloe at reception, offered friendly, helpful service. Breakfast provided a GORGEOUS selection. The room offered good space and cleanliness. I appreciated the hotel's excellent location, near many city attractions.

The bedroom door was really noisy. It slammed shut easily. it kept waking me up during the night. also, i found the tv remote missing its back cover, causing the batteries to fall out. this was pretty annoying when i just wanted to relax

i found the staff friendly. my room had everything i needed including an iron, hairdryer, and ironing board. it was helpful to leave luggage in a secure room and the location proved great, really in the heart of everything.
when i checked in, the rooms were not yet ready. this happened even though check-in is advertised as 15:00. i eventually checked in just before 4, harder to get ready for my evening plans.

underwhelming stay with maintenance issues
clogged sinkoutside noise
the bathroom sink was clogged it filled up quickly. the room got quite stuffy since the windows barely opened it was hard to get any fresh air. also the noise from outside kept me awake most of the night it sounded like a party right under my window
