The room was very clean and tidy, i liked that! the bed was comfortable. That helped a lot. water was available for free at reception, it was a nice touch upon arrival.
I could hear everything from the room above. You can hear toilet flushes!

The room size was really good. It featured a kitchen and living area. The receptionists at check-in and during the evening shift were helpful. They answered all my questions.
The hotel is a 15 minute walk to the old town. There are lots of steps at hotel entrance and at the bottom of the hill. An underpass with a lot of steps on both sides is present.

The room was spacious with extra facilities. It included a well appointed setup. The hotel provided free Wi-Fi, and this worked excellent.

The breakfast servers worked hard, everything remained stocked. The breakfast selection was very good and offers something for all tastes. The reception staff were friendly and ready to assist when needed.

The room was spacious and the design considered how a traveler might want to arrange personal items. I liked that a kitchenette was included.
I could hear everything from the room above and next to mine, including toilet flushes and conversations. This complete lack of privacy is unacceptable in a hotel. The parking fee does not guarantee a spot. An inconvenient walk uphill results if the hotel lot is full.
