the room i had was super clean and neat. the shower room was amazing to me. staff were very nice and gentle.
the hotel says parking is available, this was not true. the parking spaces were all full, it was annoying. there was a DJ below my room causing too much noise.

the hotel boasts an amazing vibe! i found the bed comfy and the decor very stylish. the dj played fun music. irwin was helpful at my arrival and even served my friend some bubbly water since we were very tired.
i noticed there was no kettle in the room though the hotel advertised it.

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially those working in the bar. they were amazing. One staff member offered bubbly water upon arrival. the staff ensured rooms were always impeccably clean and provided fresh towels daily, which i appreciated.

The cartoon-themed design really made an impression! it felt unique and playful. the hotel has convenient parking, a big plus. our room was spacious. the staff seemed friendly too. It reminded me of a fun atmosphere.
The absence of a kettle and iron felt inconvenient, especially since the hotel didn't have laundry service available at the time. It was a bit of a letdown!

I found the location very convenient, with the tram stop close by. I was pleased with the hotel design, and i consider it quite stylish. The staff were friendly, and i felt welcome upon arrival.
I noticed a slight noise issue, as there seemed to be a faint, high-pitched sound in the room EVEN after the dj stopped.

The tram stops right outside the hotel! I got to the city center super fast. Breakfast included amazing food. I especially enjoyed a delicious restaurant. The staff was excellent, they are friendly, no smoking policy, and the environment is fresh.

The tram stop was super close. About 100 meters. it made getting into ville haute really easy. the room was clean and functional and i could work from it for one day, no problem!
the staff's communication wasn't the best, i think. some staff members were lovely, but others weren't very friendly. i felt a bit strange asking questions sometimes, which wasn't great after a long drive.
