good services and location
warm roomconfortable bedpoor service
the room was warm and spacious. the bed was very confortable. the hotel is near city center but a bus stop exists in front of the structure, so i can reach it in 15 minutes.
i found customer service disappointing. i waited almost two hours for room access. they gave complimentary coffee to minimize my discomfort.

The interior design is beautiful. Daily towel change and cleaning kept everything very clean. The room temperature was adjustable. The staff stored our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, it was so convenient!

Underwhelming stay. Some issues noted
inflexible check-insingle glass
The check-in process was a bit rough. I got there a bit early and was told i would have to pay extra to check in before the official time. it felt inflexible. then, , i noticed there was only one glass in the room, inconvenient for two people. a small thing, but it added to the frustration. I seemed like the attention to detail wasn't quite there. the receptionist wasn't helpful when asked for a screwdriver.
