Excellent stay with great service
large room efficient staff
My chosen room was a West Grand Beautiful Poolview King. The room was large and very well-equipped. The pool was easily accessible. The staff were consistently friendly and efficient. They ensured a smooth and relaxing experience.

Customer service was great. Staff members were very attentive. The team seemed to anticipate guest needs well, and they quickly addressed every request. Assistance with luggage and check-in was prompt and polite.

The hotel boasts a large pool. I noticed that it remains open for many hours each day. There is also a gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. A spa offers various treatments. Its facilities was very clean.

The breakfast buffet included breads, fruits, and hot dishes. Options were abundant. La Fiesta restaurant serves a wide selection of meals. Sam served us at the bar. He was particularly pleasant and helpful.
