i appreciate the thoughtful service from the staff, especially jennifer at the breakfast buffet. she prepared salabat tea for me daily after i mentioned losing my voice. the warm greetings from everyone created a cute atmosphere i enjoyed. i would gladly return to this location in the future.

the hotel corridors transmitted noise i found disruptive to sleep. children were running and shouting early in the morning. better sound insulation is necessary for peaceful rest.

Kevin john cawaling was very helpful. he recommended different flavors of bibingka. I liked that. the lifeguard was attentive. the security guards were also friendly.

My room was near the bathroom. The bed was too close. the bed needed more space. the cleanliness around the pool was not ideal! it looked like the pool needed maintenance.
