decent hotel stay

the food at the wedding banquet was delicious. the dishes were individually plated and easy to enjoy. service during the banquet was professional. yee peng were really nice too provide flowers and ribbons for us.
check-in took a long time. i arrived early at 2pm but my room wasn't ready until 3:30pm. my colleague who arrived later got her room earlier and received complimentary cupcakes, i did not. welcome amenities were not delivered until the second night.

really good service and fantastic experience
great location fine views excellent service
the hotel location is great with fine views of the marina bay area from the swimming pool and the bar! the service at the breakfast buffet was excellent, especially with the staff remembering small details. morton's steakhouse had complimentary steak sliders during cocktail hours, a treat. the cafe near reception was perfect with tea.

the outdoor pool was fabulous , offering a really relaxing space to unwind. the breakfast buffet was also a highlight , with so many choices , including both local and international dishes. ms. grace at the restaurant was so helpful and attentive , she really enhanced the dining experience.
the air conditioning in my room was not working as effectively as i hoped , it really impacted my comfort. also , i was surprised to find some rings in the bathtub , , made me question the cleanliness. finally , the service felt a little disrupted once , when a housekeeper entered my room unexpectedly in the afternoon.

amazing view first class muggy smell less seating
i stayed in a club marina bay view room twin. the room had amazing views of marina bay. haus 65 was first class, it was really good.
the aircon didnt function perfect. there was a heavy muggy smell coming from it. the amount of seating in the club lounge were less, it wasnt as i expected.
