The room had excellent air conditioning. It easily maintained a cool temperature. i found the staff followed up on a minor injury to ensure i felt comfortable. I appreciated that. i noticed children's toiletries were provided. That detail felt really thoughtful. kids enjoyed ice cream, popcorn. It added to our family experience.

the hotel provided me with a cup of ice initially instead of an ice pack, when i requested one.

The staff went to extra lengths to assist guests. They were really nice. their attentiveness. a manager personally brought an ice pack. I saw this as a real commitment to service.

i stayed at this beautifully furnished hotel. the room was modern and thoughtfully designed. the hotel team was attentive and always ready to help. they went the extra mile to.

the pool slide lacked an attendant, a slight safety lapse i noticed.
