Excellent Location and Helpful Staff

I found the staff to be polite and considerate of my needs. I particularly appreciated being allowed to keep my room until 13:00 because I had a late evening flight. The room was small but well-fitted and very clean.
The buttons on the air conditioner were difficult to press. Adjusting the temperature required pressing hard and at a specific angle.

The staff were super friendly. the location is amazing for accessing key spots. the air conditioning worked wonderfully. they even gave us a complimentary breakfast the first day and a late checkout. I thought it was so nice.
the room was very small. it's like, the photos are a little misleading when you book. also, there weren't reading lights near the bed. there was only one bedside table so i had to put my things on the floor. the pillows were too firm and no alternative was offered, so i slept without a pillow basically.

The hotel's location is very close to the metro station.. it's just a short walk. The room included a water purifier. That was very convenient. The staff were polite and always eager to help. I found the room cleaning services to be excellent. It was reassuring to have fresh towels daily.
The room was on the smaller side.
