slow servicemisleading advertising
I found a few issues, though it advertises itself as a luxurious spot. the advertised number of restaurants were not open. It felt misleading! service was really slow. It took forever to get drinks. it felt very far from a 5-star experience honestly.

Wonderful Sicilian Stay
modern designcomfy bedtennis rackets
My standard king room included modern design. The bed was very comfy. I liked the walk to the sea and the clear Etna view. Plenty sun loungers were available on the decking near the beach.
The hotel lacked visitor conveniences. I would have appreciated snorkel gear. I also wanted tennis rackets.

The service team was very attentive, they tried their best. It was clear they were understaffed. I saw that staff was not well-trained. Pool bar service was slow, sometimes taking a long time to get an order.

A Decent Hotel
extensive gardensfriendly stafflocal taxismissing bathrobe
The hotel gardens are extensive. They are well maintained. The buildings are low. Parking has solar reflectors which act as shade for cars. Some serving staff are friendly and helpful. The domestic staff kept our rooms clean.
The boat taxi to the city was never operational. I had to rely on local taxis. Bathrobes were absent. Loungers lacked cushions unless you have a special package. Areas and amenities seemed reserved for Unico guests. Their service was better.
