mixed experience at this location
air conditioning units awful noise
the hotel had a modern beach vibe in the room decor.
i paid for a balcony room, but it faced the air conditioning units of the building next door (a total waste of money). the noise was awful.

amazing location soft beds double charge delayed refund
the location was amazing, right opposite the beach. everything was walkable from there and the beds were really soft.
i was charged twice for the room, though the refund has yet to be received. i was told that the money would be back in my account the next day, but it has not arrived yet.

wow, amazing experience!
perfect location sea view great size
the location rocks! i could sleep listening to crashing waves, i did upgrade to a sea view room. rooms size felt great, and housekeeping was on point. staff always helped with my check in questions, what a great spot near the beach, the food places nearby are many.
the room facilities felt not quite worth $500 a night, more like $300. the rooms don't match the upgrades they have done to the rest of the place. i think they should have a microwave in the room somewhere. i also found no bedside drawers for clothes, just bench tops.

the rooftop pool has views that amaze! orange infused water stations were a cool idea. there is also a bar and bistro for drinks and eats.

staff were nice and helpful all the time. every interaction felt genuine and kind. the team is so great, and i will remember them always.

i had a twin room and thought it was perfect! the beds felt comfy. there's also a long shelf under the tv, it is great to put your suitcase.
