the staff was attentive from arrival (i was so grateful). our beautiful double room garden view was beautiful and spacious with a lovely garden and pool view. the pool area has plenty of loungers and remains uncrowded.
the minibar selection could be slightly expanded.

Really good Stay with Attentive Service

The staff were attentive. Our room was beautiful and spacious. Thoughtful touches in the room really enhanced our stay. The pool area is picturesque with plenty of loungers. As the pool is reserved only, it remains uncrowded.
I found the spicey Aubergine was a poorly executed dish. It included uncooked parsnips. The aubergine was only lightly flavored and clumsily cut.

Really good Hospitality

the hotel stands in its own grounds. it has a good size pool and area for lounging on a warm sunny day. the staff are friendly and helpful, with nothing is too much trouble. they project a happy, efficient team and retain a high degree of professionalism.
i found the bed was uncomfortable. i asked for the mattress to be changed. it was to a slightly better one, but it was far from the quality you would expect.
