I found the staff very thoughtful. They were well organized with the gluten-free diet. i enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools a lot! the restaurant had a great range and food of good quality. the weekly quiz night was also good fun.

The public areas and room furnishings seemed dated, and i found the bed uncomfortable. the smell was the worst part. Everywhere throughout the hotel smelled old and musty. it was very unpleasant.

I stayed in a superior double room. It was very comfortable! the room was cleaned daily, and the hot drinks selection was always refreshed. the pools were a great source of entertainment. the breakfast was tasty and plentiful with a good selection of items, though the best part were the friendly staff was great.

the sound insulation was a little poor, so i could hear footsteps from the room above sometimes.
