I really appreciated the helpfulness at the desk when i phoned. the breakfast i had was fantastic and so accommodating when my daughter's friend slept in. They provided fruit and juice and even offered toast. the hotel location was excellent, walking distance to nice places.
The shower area felt quite small. A very minor point though.

the room provides warmth, cleanliness, and all necessary facilities, i noted . it has convenient power points, alongside great internet access plus a smart tv for entertainment.

The breakfast was cooked exactly as i ordered. A excellent experience to begin the day. there was a good selection of teas, coffee and chocolate available in the dining area too.

The address is confusing. The hotel stands in Park avenue. It is not on woodhouse rd. There should be more options for vegetarians and vegans for dinner. A light over the mirror in the bathroom WOULD be good.

Darren was a great host (very attentive!). The room was very clean and had great facilities. The food was really good. I had both dinner and breakfast. Both meals were very tasty and exceeded my expectations.
The window sounded open even though it wasn't.
