the hotel is near the main train station it was a short walk. metro, buses, and trams are accessible too. the staff were friendly and helpful i felt welcome.
the receptionist was not very communicative i noticed that. there was dust in the room nothing was in the fridge. the room felt unhygienic to me.

The room was spacious and clean. The location is very convenient.
The breakfast was the same every day. It was boring. I found the receptionist to be quite rude. She seemed to treat Italian guests much better than tourists. This.

the room is really spacious with a large wardrobe i also appreciated the necessary furniture provided the staff were very helpful and efficient too. breakfast was good and it included a rooftop bar which was a big bonus
the room was very cold the city wouldn't allow the air conditioning on but it was broken i found the water in the bathroom was always tepid it was not pleasant to have a shower

Charming Stay Close to Everything

The location was convenient near the metro line. The staff was helpful providing quick information. Early check-in was available, which greatly improved our arrival. I found the breakfast excellent (especially cappuccinos!).
I found no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The shower was broken and not properly fixed after I reported it. Some towels seemed old.

The breakfast included a variety of foods at the buffet. Cappuccinos were made to order (or any other type of hot drink). I liked that staff made them for each guest.
