the location was top notch right in the centre next to the galleria. the breakfast location was also lovely and the art all over the hotel was excellent. each room was designed by another artist, a unique feature.
it made it very difficult to get an uber. very little water came out of the shower, it was not hot enough and water leaked all over the bathroom, the box door didn't fully close. the pillows weren't good either.

I was Disappointed. The air conditioning barely worked. Staff did NOT offer solutions, only excuses. I paid a lot for my room and ended up quite hot.

the welcome drink was a lovely treat! still and sparkling water were supplied and replenished without charge. the staff were cute and helpful. the room had everything i needed and displayed quirky, interesting art throughout.
the key code system to enter the room seemed a bit complex.

The location is UNBEATABLE. It's so close to the main attractions. The staff provided excellent service. Everyone was helpful. The rooms were super clean and uniquely decorated. Breakfast was fresh and generous with a wide variety. I appreciated the late-night room service.
The water pressure in the shower was a LITTLE low.

The hotel restaurant has delicious food and provides a wonderful view of the gallery. I found the experience very enjoyable. The doorman and management showed really good hospitality , and the treatment was like a five-star experience.

My room was spacious and clean, decorated uniquely by a different artist. I got plenty of water every day, alongside an occasional sweet treat, which I REALLY appreciated. The air conditioning worked well.

The hotel overlooks the inside of the Galleria. Its location is right in the center. This makes it easy to walk to many locations. The position is mind-blowing. The area is close to many shops.
