i was thrilled with the breakfast. it included a wide variety of foods. the location proved convenient too. i especially liked the mountain view from the 15th floor.
the bathroom seemed outdated , with an over-used appearance. it didn't quite match a five-star standard. the customer service wasn't as great as i hoped for.

i celebrated a birthday at the burata restaurant, the food was delicious and the service was great. the night club was also good, a lot of activity! we were upgraded to a premium room upon arrival, which i appreciated. the room was clean and i had everything i needed.
the personel were not very helpful, i had multiple problems with the card opening the room.

the bulgarian lady who was a morning shift supervisor was professional and helpful. housekeeping was very supportive, attending to requests quickly and effectively. i found the team overall dedicated to providing a smooth experience.

overcrowded gym
The gym access was included, but it was often overcrowded was nice. I wanted to relax in the spa, but the sauna wasn't working. The hotel obviously had some maintenance issues! This was definitely inconvenient, especially when trying to get to meetings on time.
