clean room comfortable bed amazing breakfast
i stayed in the beautiful king room. the room was very clean and the bed felt very comfortable. the breakfast was great (i especially liked the variety of foods available!). the design of the premises is interesting.

japanese decor excellent variety cute atmosphere extensive choices
the variety of restaurants inside the hotel was really excellent. i especially enjoyed the japanese decor, it felt immersive. the lobby always had a lovely, cute atmosphere. the breakfast buffet offered extensive choices, ensuring a great start to each day.
the nightclub music on upper floors was quite noticeable in my room late at night.

food variety convenient location mountain view outdated bathroom poor service customer service
i was thrilled with the breakfast. it included a wide variety of foods. the location proved convenient too. i especially liked the mountain view from the 15th floor.
the bathroom seemed outdated , with an over-used appearance. it didn't quite match a five-star standard. the customer service wasn't as great as i hoped for.

great experience
delicious food great service premium room clean room
i celebrated a birthday at the burata restaurant, the food was delicious and the service was great. the night club was also good, a lot of activity! we were upgraded to a premium room upon arrival, which i appreciated. the room was clean and i had everything i needed.
the personel were not very helpful, i had multiple problems with the card opening the room.

the bulgarian lady who was a morning shift supervisor was professional and helpful. housekeeping was very supportive, attending to requests quickly and effectively. i found the team overall dedicated to providing a smooth experience.

overcrowded gym slow elevators
The gym access was included, but it was often overcrowded was nice. I wanted to relax in the spa, but the sauna wasn't working. The hotel obviously had some maintenance issues! I noticed the elevators were quite slow. This was definitely inconvenient, especially when trying to get to meetings on time.
