gluten-free bread terraced mountains
The breakfast selection is excellent. I found gluten-free bread, soy milk, and Alpro yogurt at breakfast. The staff was helpful making reservations at local restaurants. I also appreciated the dinner in the restaurant. It has very fresh, local ingredients. The pool is awesome. It has fantastic views from the terraced mountains to the sea.
The hotel has limited parking. It made finding a spot challenging.

Underwhelming Stay, Dated Facilities and Service Issues
dated reception area rude staff member
The location in the village was nice, it provided easy access to local restaurants.
The reception area looked quite dated and unwelcoming, the initial impression was poor. Staff seemed rude. One staff member pointed at my wife to ask for her date of birth, despite having her passport. The hotel requires modernizing to justify its four stars. the limited variety of in-house food and drink options was disappointing.

amazing stay!
excellent food quiet area easy bus clean room
the food was excellent , i enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and dinner. the hotel's location is in a VERY quiet area of the island , perfect for relaxation. i used the local bus to visit a beach nearby , and it was very easy. the room was large, clean , and comfortable.

the hotel offers a nice pool and some opportunities to borrow snorkeling equipment at the reception. the garage accommodates bicycles , and the hotel features a SPA area. these facilities contribute to a relaxed stay.

the hotel boasts a god location and beautiful surroundings near nature, providing peace. it sits in a quiet area, far from usual tourism and main attractions. guests can easily access the beach via local transport.

noisy air conditioning insufficient parking
The staff at reception handled check-in and check-out efficiently, so I cannot fault them.
The air conditioning made excessive noise during the night. It was hard to sleep well. I reported this issue multiple times, but it was never resolved, nor was I offered another option. The hotel also lacked sufficient nearby parking, I always had to walk a considerable distance.

broken air conditioning dirty pool
The air conditioning barely worked. It was either too hot or too cold. the bathroom felt outdated. Some furniture needed replacing. also, you aren't allowed to bring your own drinks to the room but there was nobody at the bar in the evening or if you were thirsty at night. the pool was dirty. It was not cleaned.

friendly staff pool view dietary selection old mattresses chipped corners dirty windows
I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. The views from the pool were nice and I found lots of space and shade. Breakfast had a big selection for different dietary needs. The terrace was beautiful for breakfast.
Mattresses seemed old and worn. Cupboards had some chipped corners. I saw dirty windows in the room. Rooms had an outdated feeling with a landline next to the toilet.
