underwhelming stay with some issues

extra fridge costlimited towel

I was quite frustrated with the towel situation. Only one towel was provided for the entire stay. asking for more was apparently not allowed. also, the mini fridge cost extra to use. Five euros per day seemed excessive for a hotel that already charges high rates. there was no complimentary water or coffee in the room either

Really good services and lovely location

I found the location really good. It offered easy access to both the beach and local attractions. The family pool was well kept and provided a safe, enjoyable environment. i noticed that most of the staff members showed genuine care and were very eager to assist guests with any needs.

i observed that the spa opening hours could be slightly extended to better accommodate guest schedules.

the room included a sea view balcony i enjoyed access to a small cove right from the hotel hotel the breakfast had a wide selection i found it very good. the staff was efficient and friendly this was beneficial. i especially liked the vegan salad and pinsas at the pool bar

the gym was small it was located on the ground floor i found that there was no air conditioning there i had several mosquito bites after visiting the gym i had to purchase mosquito repellent. the parking area had very small parking spaces. the parking area had a geometry making maneuvers difficult. i noticed a pipe problem there the area was flooded for days with a terrible smell
