the rooms were spacious. it had nice space and it was warm enough. the shower pressure made it relaxing after a long day outside. adding breakfast was the best idea and i do not regret it. there was a lot of options, fresh food and delicious.
some staff was rude if you asked for help with the air conditioning not working.

I found the location convenient It was a short walk to the U-Bahn station. This provided easy access to the city center. The breakfast buffet offered generous variety. I found it amazing.
The room was quite cold. I could not get it warm . The in-room dining menu had limited options. Some items were unavailable.

the receptionist was very helpful, especially after a long drive. the room was spacious and clean. the pool was a nice bonus, and the opening hours were convenient. breakfast included a generous selection with great variety.
The room did not get warm enough. It was quite cold throughout my stay.

The staff members are attentive and available to help with solutions. They listen to guest needs. the breakfast staff member prepares omelets! the staff mostly speaks english and german, so communication is very straightforward.

the location is ideal, especially for attending exhibitions. it is near downtown and the exhibition center. major sightseeing locations are within walking distance. the hotel's location makes transportation easy and fast.

the location was great for accessing the frankfurt messe. i liked that there were several dining options within a short walk. the staff were very helpful (i had no issues at all) and always available when i needed assistance.
The room decor felt a bit dated. A refresh would definitely improve the overall impression.
