Really good Location and Clean Rooms!

The lobby design looked beautiful! The location was perfect for exploring. Staff at the bar put in extra effort to quickly serve drinks. They also were super friendly and gave great advice (ask them for recommendations, they know their stuff!).
The lack of basic toiletries was disappointing. For example, hair conditioner should be a standard amenity. This is easily remedied.

The check-in process was quick and efficient! The staff handled requests kindly, answering all questions. I not sketchy at all at this hotel (which is important when traveling alone!).

The hotel has a superb location! The hotel is very close to restaurants and bars. Also the Christmas market was within easy walking distance (only a 3-minute walk!).

The hotel's location suited my plans very well. It offered straightforward access to important transit options. The bed and pillows felt comfortable. I slept WELL!!!
The room felt rather small. Suitcase space was very limited. Basic toiletries were absent. I missed things like hair conditioner.

I was thrilled with the hotel's location. It was near all the major transportation links. The lobby and bar had super comfortable seating, which I especially liked. My room felt completely soundproof. I did not hear any noise from outside or other guests (a huge plus!).
The room lacked basic toiletries, particularly hair conditioner.
