The hotel staff was very friendly. i especially loved the suite. It had fine views of the river. the automated water controls in the showers are a great detail.

Wonderful and Clean Hotel Experience

I received a complimentary upgrade to a room. It featured a beautiful Rhine view. I found the breakfast buffet really good among European hotels. I enjoyed the dedicated hot chocolate machine, drinking three cups of the delicious cocoa! the hotel is a brief ten-minute walk to the Drachenfelsbahn. The service renting bikes was very convenient, too.
The hotel sells king-size beds, but there is none. The beds are so small. The bed sheets are equally very small, even for one person.
