wow what a stay!
speedy check-in spacious room comfy bed cute staff
the check-in process was speedy. i stepped into my spacious room it was so clean. the bed was very comfy i had a restful sleep. i found the staff quite cute and ready to help.
i noticed a slight stain on the carpet near the window it was not too noticeable though

the front desk team offered quick assistance with directions to nearby attractions plus they provided extra coffee without delay. the housekeeping staff kept the room super clean daily this was much appreciated i think

the hotel provided ample parking spaces so finding a spot was no stress. i loved its strategic location just off the motorway it was super easy for reaching destinations and attractions around the area wow.

slow sink ceiling mould
The breakfast buffet started early. It was available from 6:30 am.
the sink in my room drained slowly. the bathroom looked old. i saw mould on the ceiling.

poor quality food tummy upset
The super nice team and friendly. This was definitely a plus.
the food didn't reflect a four-star hotel. the food served was of poor quality and tasted off. this made me ill with a tummy upset. i think chef ramsey would have a field day!!!

Charming stay with excellent breakfast
easy check-in spacious room superb omelette
I found the check-in process easy and the staff cute. The room was spacious, and i liked the king-sized bed. Breakfast was the best part of my stay (the omelette was superb!).
I did notice that my room could benefit from some updates (especially the bathroom).

The hotel offers complimentary parking spaces very close to the entrance. This made it easy to come and go. It is also conveniently located for access to the M1 and local attractions.

The breakfast buffet had a great selection with many choices. The restaurant proposes very good typically english dishes (as i was told). Food in the evening was excellent. Everything was hot, unusual when serving a large number.

The staff was friendly and helpful. One of the cleaners knocked on my door to ask if i needed anything. I found that thoughtful. The reception staff were very friendly, asking about my stay.

The hotel is aesthetically pleasing, kept very clean and tidy. The entrance lobby was well presented. My room had plenty of drinks, a kettle and a hairdryer.

adequate experience
spacious room varied selection friendly staff urinal smell missing dispenser mold ceiling
the room was quite spacious and came equipped with all necessary facilities. i found the dinner selection to be quite varied and the food was amazing!!! the staff members were both friendly and helpful. i believe the experience offered good value.
there was a strong smell emanating from the urinals in the men's restroom located in the reception area. i also noticed that one of the cubicles was without a toilet roll dispenser. the sink in my bedroom drained very slowly and the bathroom was dated with visible mold on the ceiling.

a decent stay
spacious room cute staff thin walls awful coffee
the room was really spacious. check in was easy, and the staff are cute. the hotel is pet friendly, a feature i look for.
the walls are very thin, you could hear the tv and conversations next door. breakfast was not good, the coffee was awful. it should be better.
