A Romantic Escape Above the City
personal attention fresh food
The breakfast service was really good each morning. Hasan greeted me warmly and ensured i felt comfortable. The staff was nice, not just because of the fresh and delicious food, but because of the personal attention they gave.
The safe in my room was not working when i arrived late at night. I contacted the reception the next morning, however, no reason for why the safe was not adequately taken care of before i arrived. I think attention to detail is needed.

practical location easy access helpful staff ineffective air conditioning insufficient water less comfortable
the hotel's location was quite practical. it allowed easy access to the surrounding area. public transportation was also nearby. the staff were friendly and ready to help when needed.
the air conditioning in the room wasn't effective. this. i found this problematic, especially during warmer days. there wasn't sufficient water provided free of charge.

the hotel location is very convenient. it made exploring easy (i walked everywhere!). the room was spacious with a constant glimpse of the city's energy. the hotel provides convenient parking, a significant advantage in such a central location.
the gym didn't have the necessary equipment.

the staff were helpful and professional. i was pleased to find hosein g, a senior restaurant staff member, especially helpful during the breakfast buffet. i look forward to returning.

i found the location very convenient. it was easy to explore the city. muharrem, the concierge, assisted with business and taxi arrangements.

the location was convenient, right near taksim square.
The room i booked, a beautiful double or twin room city view, felt smaller than expected. housekeeping wasn't consistent. One day, they forgot to replenish toiletries. the breakfast area was chaotic during peak hours and hard to find a clean table.

i found the hotel gorgeous. the rooms were very clean directly after breakfast, and i thought the breakfast buffet was really good. the view was even better! our waitress hazan and the manager hasan helped us with everything, that was great.

The staff were friendly and were really nice too assist. For example, the receptionist helped us check in nearly 12 hours early after our flight got cancelled. they really were pretty good, i loved that.
