The room i booked, a beautiful double or twin room city view, felt smaller than expected. housekeeping wasn't consistent. One day, they forgot to replenish toiletries. the breakfast area was chaotic during peak hours and hard to find a clean table.

i found the hotel gorgeous. the rooms were very clean directly after breakfast, and i thought the breakfast buffet was really good. the view was even better! our waitress hazan and the manager hasan helped us with everything, that was great.
